Sichuan cold noodle is our family’s favourite dish in the summer. Apart from salt, sugar, vinegar and chilli for noodle sauce, I also fry the leek, ginger and cooked prawn to add some extra flavour to the noodle.

This dish is also called "Ma Yi Shang Shu", meaning "ants
climb the tree". My version is slightly different as I have too many "ants",
not enough "trees", still tasty though;)
